Abstract

The invention relates to a hinge or joint for spectacles, of the type consisting of two complementary elements (101, 102) designed to be associated respectively with one face of the spectacle frame and one sidepiece, said elements (101, 102) being mounted such that they can be rotated about a real or virtual axis in order to open and close the sidepiece. The hinge includes a member (104) that can be adjusted not only to restrict the rotation of the sidepiece, but also to control the degree to which rotation is restricted.
