The communication and control device for warning and alert-information or navigation systems, used especially in means of transport, created with a complex module (SHS), which contains at least one control unit (WCR) with possible connection to at least one input of external incoming signal (IN), at least one initialization and presentation circuit (OUT), an external power supply (EXT POWER) and external transmitting and receiving circuits and communication ports (EXT ANT COM). The essence of the invention is that the complex module (SHS) contains at least one directed data conversion unit (DTD) with integrated signal conversion segments of frequency changers (SGMF), which is built in inside or outside of the system, and that the control unit (WCR) is partly procured with at least one integrated transmission module for adjustment of communication data between some stations (RRF-M), partly is procured with integrated internal power supply control unit (ATC - REF INT POWER), which is connected with the external power supply (EXT POWER), and partly contains at least one integrated internal transmitting and receiving circuit (INTER ANT), whose connection with the external transmitting and receiving circuits and communication ports (EXT ANT COM) is made either through the integrated transmission module (RRF-M) or direct way (INTER ANT - EXT ANT COM), whereas the control unit (WCR) is then connected with the communication ports (EXT ANT COM) through the directed data conversion unit (DTD), which is also connected to internal power supply control unit (ATC - REF INT POWER).

Communication and control device for warning and alert-information or navigation systems used especially in means of transport

This invention falls into the area of providing of information transmission about substandard and emergency situations on land communications and concerns the construction of communication and control device for warning and alert-information or navigation systems used especially in means of transport and at controlling of traffic infrastructure.
Present prior art
With current frequency and density of road traffic comes to unexpected traffic situations when the possibility of driver's reaction is time limited in dependence on several factors as wind conditions, for example icy road or fog or a human factor, for example age of a driver, his low concentration on driving etc. Therefore numbers of signalization systems and devices for means of communication are being developed, whose main aim is to warn in time of collision and emergency situation and this way to enable drivers to react in time and solve the problem.
We know systems described in the files GB 2420404, EP 1659029, WO 2006/050741 , US 2006/0100783, EP 1298625, WO 2005/010549, EP 1396833, CZ 11138 U1 , CZ 282128 or CZ 285443, which solve monitoring of a distance between two vehicles, control of driving in traffic lanes or in contra flow lane and the construction of different alarms using sound and light effects, for instance with direct connection to head lights and driving lights of cars. The device according to CZ 13827 U1 monitors the movement of the vehicle but only in combination with the GPS system and the system of early alert in road traffic according to the CZ 11321 U1 warns after collision which is in many cases too late. We also know a device for receiving and transmission of alert signals for cars according to CZ 5223 IM containing a short coverage radio transmitter and receiver connected to signalling circuit of a vehicle, whose disadvantage is that it does not have possibility of tuning of receiving signals distance. And finally we know automatic signalling device and way of vehicle's alert signals activation according to the published CZ 2003- 3015 A1 , which contains integrated control unit supplied with stable vehicle voltage and procured with three inputs, for receiving of stable and also of pulse activation signals in the form of rectangle waves, and also with higher amount of outputs connected to alert indicators built in a vehicle. On two inputs are brought stable level incoming signals and on third input is brought rectangle wave pulse signal, whereas outputs are activated for pre- chosen period of intervals, which as a unit creates repeating sequence with pre-set duration. Disadvantage of this device is existence of only three signal receiving inputs, which significantly limits range of its use.

Finally we know construction of alert signalling device for means of transport according to the file CZ 16985 U1 , containing control unit procured with inputs and outputs and designed as one module containing control block where are connected incoming signal inputs, indication and control circuits, transmission modulus and internal or external power supply. Although this device has inexpensive conception and high technical standard, compatibility with not only navigation GPS systems, but also with electro- installations and further equipment of means of communication, it is not entirely suitable for today requirements for this devices. The aim of this invention is to put forward new high-speed communication and control device for warning and alert-information or navigation systems used especially in means of transport, which would inform in advance and on time on the basis of information transmission between vehicles situated or coming to some emergency, or substandard dangerously limiting situation or already within the reach of transmitted warning signal or active mobile or stationary stations or emergency triangles and other participants of road traffic, about crisis situation and would be able to react or suggest possible solutions of arisen or rising situation.
Essence of the invention
The defined goal is reached by an invention of communication and control device for warning and alert information or navigation systems, used especially in means of transport, created with complex module (SHS), which contains at least one control unit (WCR) with possible connection to at least one input of external incoming signal (IN), at least one initialization and presentation circuit (OUT), external power supply (EXT POWER) and external transmitting and receiving circuits and communication ports (EXT ANT COM).
The essence of the invention is that complex module (SHS) contains at least one directed data conversion unit (DTD) with integrated segments (SGMF) of signal conversion segments of frequency changers, which is built in inside or outside the system and that control unit (WCR) is partly procured with al least one integrated transmission module (RRF-M) for adjustment of communication data between some stations, partly is procured with internal power supply control unit (ATC - REF INT POWER), which is connected with external power supply unit (EXT POWER), and partly contains at least one integrated internal transmitting and receiving circuit (INTER ANT), whose connection with external transmitting and receiving circuits and communication ports (EXT ANT COM) is made either via integrated transmitting module (RRF-M) or direct way (INTER ANT - EXT ANT COM), whereas control unit (WCR) is onward connected with communication ports (EXT ANT COM) via directed data conversion unit (DTD), which is also connected to internal power supply control unit (ATC - REF INT POWER). Further essence of the invention is that into integrated control unit (WCR) are as peripheries connected at least one input of external incoming signals (IN) and at least one port of active and passive safety systems (PSB), either directly or via inputs of external incoming signals(IN) through security modules (A) and ports of active and passive safety systems (PSB) via initialization and presentation circuits (OUT).
Eventually the essence of the invention is that initialization and presentation circuits
(OUT) are created with at least signal evaluation indication circuits (OUT R) and / or with indication and data flow control circuits (OUT Y) and / or with data sorting indication circuits (OUT G) and / or with initialization circuits (OUT K) and / or with safety arrangements activation circuits (OUT X) and / or with circuits of signalization (OUT SG).
Presented communication and control device for warning and alert-information or navigation systems reaches higher effect because it is focused on complex coverage of car fleet without dependence on model year of a car and secures direct communication not only between vehicles but also between the vehicles and stationary or mobile stations and between the vehicles and traffic and traffic informational devices and infrastructure as well. This solution uses inexpensive conception with high technical standard, considerable flexibility and possibility of immediate adjustment and development according to the conditions ordered by the user. The device is compatible with GPS navigation systems, electro installations and further equipment of the vehicles as are acoustic systems, vehicles warning lights systems, airbags initialization circuits and so on. Further advantage of this system is its multipurpose use, when the device activation is done either manually or automatically after receiving of given signal form external or internal source or the system of lights warning and the device of notification of communicational system and infrastructure is active only for the time when the vehicle is within reach of the transmitted signal source. This way equipped vehicle is then active as well as passive object in the area of substandard, dangerous, limiting or emergency traffic situation.
Compared to existing known solutions by integration of elements RRF-M, INTER ANT and module ATC-REF INT POWER into unit WCR achieves multiple increase of information transmission speed. For the same reason is built in unit DTD with built in possibility of SGMF1 which can be also integrated into WCR. The ways of interconnection possibilities of above mentioned elements are selectable either between themselves or with EXT ANT COM, when always concerns support of increase of transmission data speed and variability of complex module SHS, for required application, whereas DTD and SGMF are not unconditional necessary to mere operation of information transmission system. The biggest advantage of the new device is then that interconnection and cooperation of particular elements is possible to set and initialize software way.

The particular design of the device according to the invention is schematically illustrated on enclosed drawings presenting block schemes of different alternatives of the device design where: fig. 1 is basic device design, whose complex module SHS works as clear data transmitter with integrated internal power supply control unit ATC - REF INT POWER, which connected with external power supply EXT POWER and with integrated directed data conversion unit DTD, fig. 2 is alternative device design according to fig. 1 with connection of the inputs of external incoming signals IN, ports of active and passive safety systems PSB and with built in security modules A on inputs of external incoming signals IN, fig. 3 is alternative device design according to fig. 1 with connection of the inputs of external incoming signals IN, ports of active and passive safety systems PSB and with built in initialization and presentation circuits OUT on outputs of the control unit WCR, fig. 4 is alternative device design with use of combination of elements sets according to fig. 2 and fig. 3, fig 5 is variant device design according to the fig. 4 with placing of directed data conversion unit DTD out of complex module SHS, fig. 6 is alternative device design from fig. 1 for duplex use, where in complex module SHS are built in two control units WCR. fig. 7 is alternative device design whose complex module SHS does not contain integrated directed data conversion unit DTD and external power supply EXT POWER. The examples of the invention design
The basic device design according to the fig.1 is created with the complex module SHS, which contains partly control unit WCR1 for control, systems operating, receiving operating, evaluating and sorting of data, and partly directed data conversion unit DTD with integrated signal conversion segments of frequency changers SGMF. The control unit WCR is procured with integrated transmission modules for adjustment of communication data between some stations RRF-M and with integrated internal power supply control unit ATC - REF INT POWER, which is interconnected with external power supply EXT POWER. The control unit WCR furthermore contains integrated internal transmitting and receiving circuit INTER ANT, whose connection with communicational ports EXT ANT COM is made either via integrated transmission module RRF-M or direct way INTER ANT - EXT ANT COM. The control unit WCR is also connected with communicational ports EXT ANT COM through directed data conversion unit DTP, which is also connected to internal power supply control unit ATC - REF INT POWER.
In alternative device design according to the fig.2 are into integrated control unit WCR partly as peripheries connected through security modules A inputs of external incoming signals ]N and partly the ports of active and passive safety systems PSB. The control unit WCR has alternative possibility of superstructure communication of integrated elements and the peripheries through multiplied feedbacks on chosen parts of the system.
In another possible design of the device according to the fig. 3 are into integrated control unit WCR partly as peripheries connected directly through security modules A inputs of external incoming signals ]N and partly via initialization and presentation circuits OUT ports of active and passive safety systems PSB. In this design the control unit WCR has alternative possibility of superstructure communication of integrated elements and the peripheries through multiplied feedbacks on chosen parts of the system, and even on alternatives of initialization and presentation circuits OUT, for example signal evaluation indication circuits OUT R, indication and data flow control circuits OUT Y. data sorting indication circuits OUT G, initialization circuits OUT K, safety arrangements activation circuits OUT X , circuits of signalization OUT SG and other. The device variants according to the fig.4 and fig.5 use application with maximal use of the elements from design according to fig.2 and fig.3, where on fig.4 directed data conversion unit DTD is built in into the complex module SHS and on fig.5 is placed outside of the complex module SHS.
Fig. 6 is alternative device design from fig.1 for duplex use, where in complex module SHS are built in two control units WCR containing joint integrated internal power supply control unit ATC - REF INT POWER, independently connected with directed data conversion unit DTP.
Fig.7 then presents the simplest form of the device design, whose complex module SHS does not contain integrated data conversion unit DTD and external power supply EXT POWER, which is usable as an remote control or communication console.

After receiving of notification incoming signal by complex module SHS via inputs of external incoming signal IN or via external transmitting and receiving circuits and communication ports EXT ANT COM or internal transmitting and receiving circuits INTER ANT. or with activation of the complex module SHS by service, are alert notification or navigation systems activated through the control unit WCR and at the same time is initialized the data transmission for communication about forwarding of the alert, warning or a information about substandard situation to other participants of the road traffic to stationary and mobile stations for controlling and monitoring centres. In design according to the fig. 1 the complex module SHS works as a clear data transmitter where by integration of the elements RRF-M, INTER ANT. ATC-REF INT POWER into the control unit WCR. and by extending of communicational ports EXT ANT COM, by built in and integration of directed data conversion unit DTD and by built in of signal conversion segments of frequency changers SGMF multiply increases the speed of information transmission in comparison to existing designs.
In design according to the fig. 2 the complex module SHS works as a data transmitter and control of systems with the security modules A, namely electric or mechanic protection of inputs of the control unit WCR and with the possibility of connection of the incoming and out coming peripheries, where the control unit WCR has alternatively the possibility of control of superstructure communication of integrated elements and peripheries through multiplied feedbacks.
In further alternative design according to the fig. 3 the complex module SHS works as the data transmitter and control of the systems with initialization and presentation circuits OUT, for possibility of indication of systems evaluation, control of data flow, data sorting, peripheries initialization, for example systems of active and passive safety, activation of security measures of complex module system SHS, or signalization of setting and operation of the complex module system SHS, where the control unit WCR has alternatively the possibility of superstructure communication of integrated parts and peripheries through multiple feedbacks.
In design variant according to the fig. 4 the complex module SHS works as data transmitter and control of the systems with maximal use of the elements from the design according to the fig. 2 with security modules A, with initialization and presentation circuits OUT according to the design from fig. 3 and peripheries where directed data conversion unit DTD is built in into the complex module SHS.
In next possible device design according to the fig.5 the complex module SHS works as the data transmitter and systems control with maximal use of the elements from the design according to the fig. 4, where directed data conversion unit DTD is used as a periphery because of its possible built in into the infrastructure. In the alternative according to the fig. 6 the complex module SHS works as the data transmitter and systems control with multiple built in of the control unit WCR. including in it integrated elements, for possibility of for example duplex operation of the system or multiply of data transmission capacity in real time, and in the design according to the fig. 7 the complex module SHS works as the data transmitter, remote control, communication console or testing and reading device.
Industrial use
The device according to the invention is usable for set internally into a vehicle, emergency triangle, stationary or mobile stations for example traffic signboards, railway crossings, or can be part of navigation systems for example GPS or GALILEO.

Claims

PATENT CLAIMS
1. A communication and control device for warning and alert-information or navigation systems, used especially in means of transport, created with a complex module (SHS), which contains at least one control unit (WCR) with possible connection to at least one input of external incoming signal (IN), at least one initialization and presentation circuit (OUT), an external power supply (EXT POWER) and external transmitting and receiving circuits and communication ports (EXT ANT COM), wherein the complex module (SHS) contains at least one directed data conversion unit (DTD) with integrated signal conversion segments of frequency changers (SGMF), which is built in inside or outside of the system, and that the control unit (WCR) is partly procured with at least one integrated transmission module for adjustment of communication data between some stations (RRF-M), partly is procured with integrated internal power supply control unit (ATC - REF INT POWER), which is connected with the external power supply (EXT POWER), and partly contains at least one integrated internal transmitting and receiving circuit (INTER ANT), whose connection with the external transmitting and receiving circuits and communication ports (EXT ANT COM) is made either via the integrated transmission module (RRF-M) or direct way (INTER ANT - EXT ANT COM), whereas the control unit (WCR) is then connected with the communication ports (EXT ANT COM) through the directed data conversion unit (DTD), which is also connected to the internal power supply control unit (ATC - REF INT POWER).

The communication and control device according to the claim 1 , wherein into the integrated control unit (WCR) are as peripheries connected at least one input of external incoming signals (IN) and at least one port of active and passive safety systems (PSB), namely directly or via the inputs of external incoming signals (IN) through the security modules (A) and the ports of active and passive safety systems (PSB) either directly or through the initialization and presentation circuits (OUT).

The communication and control device according to the claims 1 and 2, wherein the initialization and presentation circuits (OUT) are created with at least signal evaluation indication circuits (OUT R) and/or indication and data-flow control circuits (OUT Y) and/or data-sorting indication circuits (OUT G) and/or initialization circuits (OUT K) and/ or safety arrangements activation circuits (OUT X) and/or circuits of signalizations (OUT SG).
