Announcement Google Hispanic College Fund Scholarship We congratulate the 18 winners of the inaugural Google Hispanic College Fund Scholarship who will be recognized at the Hispanic College Fund's Gala tonight in Washington, D.C. The Google Hispanic College Fund Scholarship provides $5,000 to a junior or senior who has demonstrated academic excellence in the field of computer science and computer engineering. Winners will also be invited to Google's Mountain View Campus in April 2007. This scholarship program is a part of Google's ongoing commitment to removing barriers to pursuing a career in advancing computing and technology, providing scholarships to encourage students to excel in their studies and become active role models and leaders.
