No more migraines!
I followed the formula for the lemonade cleanse and the "coming off the cleanse" and it got rid of my migraines! The first 3 days, I had caffeine, sugar, and toxin "crashes". I was very tired, and had bad headaches, but after that I felt great, and a bonus was that I lost weight, and have kept it off for 6 months. I lost my craving and taste for soda. I crave veggies and raw foods much more now. You do have to go into the cleanse realistically. You do have to rearrange your scheudle to accomodate the regimine. I had to figure out how to make the time to complete the "internal salt water bathing" before leaving the house in the morning, but it is vital to the de-tox process and shouldn't be eliminated from the cleanse. This was a fabulous de-tox / cleanse, and I wholly recommend it. ...Full review provided by:

Good book
This is a good book to read if you are exploring the idea of a serious detox. Not sure on the safety of the actual detox. The guy that wrote this isn't a MD or other medical professional. ...Full review provided by:
