Dennis Kennedy is an information technology lawyer at MasterCard Worldwide and well-known legal technology author and speaker based in St. Louis, Missouri. An award-winning author with hundreds of publications and a frequent speaker, Dennis writes the legal technology column for the ABA Journal and his articles on legal technology and electronic discovery topics can be found in many print and Internet publications. His blog, DennisKennedy.Blog (http://www.denniskennedy.com/blog/ ), is a highly-regarded resource on legal technology topics and was recently included as one of the ABA Journal's Top 100 Blawgs. He is the co-author, with Tom Mighell, of the book "The Lawyer's Guide to Collaboration Tools and Technologies," published in the spring of 2008, and a 2009 update on CD is now available. He is a member of the ABA Law Practice Management Section’s Council and was founding editor of the Law Practice Today webzine (http://www.lawpracticetoday.org ). Dennis received his J.D., cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1983 and B.A., magna cum laude, from Wabash College in 1983.
