I'm a Realtor in West Central Florida (The Nature Coast & Tampa Bay area) with Tropic Shores Realty. I have two blogs - one is a Q&A Forum for buyers & sellers of residential real estate here in Florida (but the majority of the concepts apply pretty much anywhere), and the other also serves as my primary Florida Real Estate web presence, and the last is a daily photo journal showcasing the things I like most about Hernando County and the surrounding Tampa Bay area.
Before getting into Real Estate I was a musician, web developer, project manager, and promoter/marketer.
I enjoy photography and while architectural tends to be where the lense travels (comes with the job, no?), I do catch a pretty amazing sunset shot every now and again (granted that's not necessarily so difficult here on Florida's west coast).
