Kevin B. Gilnack

I am a Membership Development Associate at the Massachusetts Council of Human Service Providers, Inc. (Providers' Council) in Boston, MA.  In this role I enjoy

• growing our membership
• developing new benefits and programs that support the human service sector
• exploring social media to share resources and raise awareness for the work that we and our members do to strengthen Massachusetts communities

(among many other things)

My core expertise includes membership development, affinity partnerships, social media, human service public policy, advocacy and nonprofit marketing & communications.

When I'm not at work, I am focused on my roles as Chair of the Greater Boston Young Democrats, Board Director for the Young Democrats of Massachusetts, and member of National Council of Nonprofits Products & Services Committee.

When I have personal time, I enjoy following politics, listening to music (or seeing it live when I can), exploring Boston and her nightlife, learning about new technology, and meeting new and interesting people.

The Providers' Council is a membership organization of Massachusetts nonprofit human service agencies that work together to strengthen our sector, and our communities.  Some of the ways we do this include

• Public policy research and advocacy that supports providers and their employees, clients, and communities across the Commonwealth
• Cost saving programs the help nonprofits put their resources toward their mission, not overhead
• Training and educational opportunities, as well as Tuition Remission that help professionalize the human service workforce and develop leaders
• Exclusive news and information for our members, and research and expertise on critical issues affecting human service providers
