- About me
I am a philosopher, a lawyer and a political thinker. I have set up a gradualistic paraconsistent logic (Transitive Logic) which I am currently applying to a broad range of problems in jurisprudence (Juridicial Logic, or JL).
The underlying philosophical groundwork has been built up as a metaphysical theory, ontophantics.
The logical, philosophical and juridical approaches thus developed fit together into a doctrinal system, which I have called cumulativism.
My latest book, Estudios republicanos (Republican Studies) is an essay in applied political philosophy criticizing the current Spanish constitution and dealing with fundamental issues of global justice and the prospect of a worldwide Republic.
