Vietnam Vet age 61, heart patient, married, with wonderful baby girl and living a life never before understood could be possible. I am an American residing in Vietnam since 1989. I have survived the war, bad marriages and now live a wonderful comfortable life in Vietnam. I have enjoyed the West and yet, I did prosper but in the end lost it all. Somehow, I ended up in Vietnam seeking myself and the trauma left from the war and instead found peace and comfort in a far away land in the EAST. I am by far not perfect but I have found the perfect world for me. This world, I call ‘Vietnam - Today’ provides all the elements for my life and the comfort zone far better than that in the West. Don't get me wrong, I have to pay my dues like everyone else to get where I am today, the CEO of Vietnam Consultants Ltd a Consultancy - Internet Marketing Company located in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. I am by far not poor nor am I rich but I am by far comfortable and surrounded by many very friendly, loving and caring people. Knowledge left behind is eternal and can not be washed away, My message, “No matter where you are or what you do, ask yourself what will be left behind when you are no more". Then proceed in that direction to have what it is that makes your life have meaning. I did and here I am in Vietnam. You say, what do I know? Well, 'even a blind monkey will find a banana, if it never stops looking’ and I have been looking for more than 60 years with nearly 20 years in Vietnam and not yet gone home with my tail between my legs, while many have left thinking, I would follow or die, guess what? I NEVER DIE. I am living my dream the way I like it, where I like it and how I like it, and so can you. HOW ? JUST DO IT ! Where ? If it is Vietnam, come and see me.
