As Managing Director of The Guinn Consultancy Group, Inc. Guinn manages multiple business development projects, worldwide.

During his career, Guinn has served as CEO and/or President or Managing Director of multiple ventures. He’s participated in multiple funding PPOs and two separate IPOs, and has facilitated M&A activities in professional services, high tech and retail. His former and current client list includes domestic and internationally-known businesses, including several Fortune 500 clients.

He’s the current Dean of Graduate Studies at Rushmore University and a former Adjunct Faculty Member at the Undergraduate level with National College. He has been awarded the title of Guest Professor at European Polytechnic Institute at Kunovice, Czech Republic. He has guest lectured at multiple Business schools, and he has successfully developed curricula for study in educational projects in Africa, Europe, Asia and South America. He has recently co-authored books on Online Education, Teaching, Management Principles, and Strategic Management, and has developed white papers on business trends, homeland security, and worldwide growth and development.
He was recognized in 2001 as a Fortune 500 Business Development Guru and has been named a Fellow in the International Centre for Consulting Excellence.
He is a current Director with Cost Segregation Analysts, LLC, based in California.
As a quoted contributor to the E-Learning Guild’s 834 Tips for Successful Online Instruction, and identified as an “Obvious Expert” in Elsom Eldridge’s 2004 guide How to Position Yourself as The Obvious Expert™, Guinn has been profiled in five separate Who’s Who guides, and serves on several GLG Management Councils.
