Andie is a co-founder and Chairman of the highly successful incubator Ten3 Ventures. Andie is also Chairman of the pioneering and creative search engine marketing firm, Direct Traffic Media Group Limited.
An investment banker with notable experience in seed and growth stage companies, Andie has been Chairman or CEO of more than ten businesses - including start-ups, turnarounds/workouts and steady-state businesses. Andie has also been a non-executive director of several other businesses.
Andie’s business experience encompasses active roles in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Africa.
A very-much retired athlete, Andie is by nature extremely competitive and sets high goals for himself and the teams with which he is involved.
Andie has previously built successful teams within HarrisonGray Asia-Pacific, HarrisonGray Inc, Consorteo and the Ten3 Group. In 2003, he led the management buy-out of HarrisonGray, the US based corporate advisory firm of which he was CEO & Managing Partner. Between the late 1990’s and the present day, Andie has been involved in the funding, structuring and incubation of numerous emerging technology, e-Commerce, banking, forestry and mining and natural resources projects in the USA, Africa, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
Andie is heavily involved in church life. He is also committed to a number of charitable, social justice and church-affiliated projects in the UK, Australia and India.
