André has been working in training and course development in INA since 2006.
His main area of activity is consultancy for INA's departments who wish to implement e-learning methodologies in their course design in accordance with best practices of instructional design.
He has a vast experience in content management of websites and blogs and a good knowledge of 2.0 tools which he has learned to incorporate in the design and production of learning objects.
He has extensive knowledge of Learning Management Systems, in particular online collaborative tools which enhance students cooperation and learning skills.
He is currently developing a project for online communities for the Portuguese Public Administration:
