Brad Garland

Brad Garland is founder of the community site Banktastic & CEO at The Garland Group in Dallas, TX. Brad has been in the banking industry over 5 years and teaches bankers how the traditional ways of banking are over. Brad wants to break down the barriers of traditional banking and explore new, innovative ways of engaging with the next generation of customer. Brad is founder of a banking focused community website called Banktastic.com. Banktastic.com is a social knowledge and networking site that allows banking people to connect and share information ‘banker to banker’.

Brad speaks across the country about the ways of the Web and how the Internet is fundamentally changing the banking game. Some of his topics include understanding Gen Y, social media, and working in an online world. He’s been published in magazines and featured in banking newspapers as an entrepreneur under 30 that is shaking up the industry.
