Curtis Conley is a Collaboration Analyst with Deloitte’s Global Consulting Knowledge Management group. His previous experience supporting professional service firms within their KM groups has covered a wide range of activities; including the development and refinement of people profiles, working with award-winning communities of practice, capturing project information and insights, content contribution process design, content management, metrics development/reporting, etc.
Curtis is also a doctoral candidate at Northern Illinois University where he is pursuing his Ed.D. in Adult Education, with a focus on Human Resource Development and a cognate in Knowledge Management. The working title for Curtis’ dissertation is, “Critical Success Factors for Knowledge Management: Towards a Holistic Model.”
