I am a corporate counsel for a software company headquartered in Northern California and am a member of both the Oregon and California State Bars. I have been blogging at Infamy or Praise (http://infamyorpraise.com) since early 2005. From 2006 to 2009, I served as a "Sherpa" at Blawg Review (http://blawgreview.com), the weekly carnival of legal blogging; I have also hosted four editions of Blawg Review, each of which has been awarded a "Blawg Review of the Year" award. Since 2009, I have been co-blogging at Unsilent Partners (http://unsilentpartners.com). I am the author of "Humanizing the Profession: Lawyers Find Their Public Voices Through Blogging" (11 Nexus L.
