David Hall

I was a practicing dentist in Iowa for many years, and in 1990 was one of the first dentists to become accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. In 1995, I also became one of the first dentists with a website, publishing my own private practice website.

I gained quite a bit of prominence with that website, www.mynewsmile.com. I got a large amount of traffic from all over the country and around the world. Visitors would e-mail me and I would refer them to cosmetic dentists I knew that were near them. In 2003, I decided to add listings of other dentists to the website and charge them for those listings.

I 2006, one of my listed dentists talked me into doing a website for her new practice after she moved from Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Naperville, Illinois. I was hesitant at first and then decided to build that website for her. I then made other dentists aware of what I was doing, and soon had a number of other requests to do websites. A year later, I formed the company Infinity Dental Web, and a year after that moved to the Phoenix area.
