Update #2: I have ascertained Becky's surname, Vucklos. Querying an advanced version of ARPANET has yielded nothing. I wish the DoD would pull their heads out of their you-know-whats. Correct me if I am mistaken, but the root Vuck sounds Croatian in origin. Could this conspiracy be related to the mission I carried out in Hvar last July?

Update #1: The area codes seem to be coming from the East Bay, California - Eastern Contra Costa & Alameda Counties region... Notice the keyword "Contra", perhaps she is involved in the Sandinista movement?
