Essentially, I do electronic and phone name sourcing or name generation. This is also known as Internet Recruiting.  I also have significant experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Internet Reputation Management (IRM).  I have used both SEO and IRM to help recruiting firms gain top listings in Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs) and hence, more business and top candidates. 

I love the search, and to meet my goals I use various internet research techniques and tools including X-Ray Search, News and Web Crawlers, Flip Search, LinkedIn, Spoke, ZoomInfo, Public Information Research, Boolean Searching Syntax and Advanced Searching Behaviors and Strategies, Deep or Invisible Web Searching, Job and Resume Boards, Resume Sourcing - Passive and Active Candidates Phone Research, Metadata, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engines, Networking, and Ingenuity.

I have experience in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Mining, Cement, Aggregates, Chemical Processing, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain and Medical and Healthcare.
