Born Julio Roger Michael McGriddle Leottarelli on Octember 13, 1954. Mike was raised in Gotham City, Kansas by his father, a traveling rodeo clown, and mother, a stay at home rodeo clown. He was discovered at an early age by a Hollywood talent scout and appeared in several Marshmallow Fluff television commercials. The success, however, was short lived. Mike developed a severe case of Marshmallotosis at the age of 12 and was forced to leave his television advertising career behind him.
Mike resisted his parents urges to follow in their footsteps and turned down his acceptance to the prestigious R. McDonald Clown University. Instead, he joined the US national thumb wrestling team, leading them to a world championship in 1983. After retiring from thumb wrestling, Mike went on to invent Pogs, Spandex, and the Macarena.
In 2007, Mike joined Google to develop a new online body waxing service. The project his since been discontinued as a result of beta testing complications.
