David Resnick

I am a personal injury lawyer at David Resnick & Associates, P.C. In my practice, I firmly believe that nothing is as important as client communication. I go out of my way to help ensure that my clients and their families are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve. 

I guess the main reason that I am so passionate about my job is that I look around and see that so many people get pushed to the side and don't receive the treatment the really need when going through a tough time in their life.  If you've been severely injured, you need someone who not only has legal experience, but who also sincerely wants to see that you recover and that you receive the compensation you deserve.  A serious injury can have a huge impact on a person physical and financially, so it's very important they receive the best care possible to help ensure a stable future.

Following my graduation from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1995, I was admitted to the New York and U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. After spending a number of years with large firms that spent little time with clients in order to move quickly to the next case, I made the decision to branch off on my own and give clients the attention that I adamantly believe they deserved.

Although my firm has grown over the years and new attorneys have joined the practice, my beliefs have not wavered. I handle inquiries from clients personally and have often visited my clients in their homes. I am dedicated to pursuing the best possible resolution for injury victims and their families. 

My areas of expertise include personal injury, automobile accidents, slips and falls, construction accidents, wrongful deaths, and premises liability.

I am a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
