I was a software engineer at AOL before I started my own search engine marketing firm. I found out about PPC advertising in 2002 when helping a friend figure out how to grow his business. Started with Overture (which was later bought by Yahoo) and then discovered AdWords later that year. Been busy keeping up with PPC ad strategies since then.
