My passions are start-ups, incubation, the web, mentoring, leadership development, career change and making the world a better place.
I am the founder / co-founder of the following organisations:
- UnLtd India, a new initiative to incubate start-up social entrepreneurs in India
- Journeys for Change, which develops leaders through interactive "learning journeys" to visit some of the world's most inspiring social entrepreneurs.
- Careershifters, which helps people who want to make a career change find what they want to do and make a successful shift.
