Bill Helman

A librarian in training, I am currently employed as the stacks manager at the Rotch Library of Architecture and Planning at MIT.  I am working on my MLS at Simmons College, where I am focused on public services and instruction in an academic environment. I have a particular interest in developing unmediated reference and instruction, as well as outreach via social media. 

I maintain the Twitter presence for both ASIST, and the regional chapter NEASIST.

I live with two cats and a lovely wife.
