Previously I was Chief Architect at Eivia, Inc, developing Business Intelligence software applications.
Previously I worked at Cray Research, Inc. for 17 years as a programming language and compiler developer.
I have two patents:
Patent #5586325, "Method for the dynamic allocation of array sizes in muliprocessor system," awarded 17-DEC-1996
Patent #5765181, "System and method of addressing distributed memory with a massively parallel processing system," awarded 9-JUNE-1998.
I was a member of the C Committee that defined both C9 and C99 C Standards.
On a more personal note, I am married with one daughter and they are the joys of my life.
