The only exercise was walking to eat & drink..

Didn’t watch my diet as my metabolism was sill firing & I know it never takes me that long to get back into shape.

I did at first, but now find it quite liberating. It’s even better for business travel, less to pack!

For me it is about being transferable not locked in.

I only wear thick socks with boots & runners. The rest are medium weight?

Sockless provided your feet don’t perspire heavily & that you allow your shoes to rest between wearing.

I wouldn’t advise on a 3 piece for Australia.

Best you discuss with your tailor as he/she would best advise.

Very rarely do I see 3 piece suits executed well, usually bespoke as proportions & balance is factored in as opposed to ready wear.

Tod’s are actually larger than normal - no idea why shoe manufacturers can’t agree on a universal sizing format, but they should.

& like most shoes, the size will vary from last to last.

As for the same as your C&J, that’s a personal choice as some prefer a firmer fit whilst most wear shoes to sloppy.

Best you try a pair - not sure if David Jones still stock Tod’s, give them a call.
