Google AdSense Charity Ad Formats Google shows Public Service Announcement (PSA) ads on pages within a web publisher's site when there are no ads that are appropriate or relevant to the page, or when we are unable to crawl a particular page. We have received feedback that some web users confuse the PSAs with the targeted ads served by Google AdSense. To differentiate PSAs from targeted ads, we are considering a new appearance for the PSAs. Below you will see mock-ups of what we show today vs. what we are considering as a replacement.
