  • My Favorite Gluten Free Pasta

    I've tried many gluten free pastas and this is my favorite. The texture and flavor are great. Have to be careful to not overcook but it's worth the extra precaution to have it turn out perfectly. Read full review

    I wasn't expecting much from these noodles but they are actually really tasty! They do have a fairly strong corn taste (think tortilla) but it wasn't too much for spaghetti sauce. I have since bought a few boxes.

    For those of you who can't tolerate gluten, these are great and healthy to choose. Frankly, I cannot even tell the difference in this product and the regular spaghetti noodles.
    The noodles cook well, and have no difference in appearance as regular spaghetti noodles either.
    I'm glad I chose the "healthy choice".

DirectionsBasic Cooking: 1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Optional: Add 2 tbsp oil to water. 2. Add pasta into the boiling water. 3. Return to boil, stirring frequently. Cook uncovered for 6-9 minutes. Do not overcook. (Water will turn yellow from the corn starches, this is normal). 4. Drain. For cold dishes, rinse and lightly coat with oil. For hot dishes, drain and add your favorite sauce.
