  • Nice, but short, tripod for the price
    By Sam - January 18, 2015 - B&H Photo Video
I needed a knock around tripod. The price from B&H is fantastic, and the lack of really bad reviews sold me. Seems to be decently well made, and the tilt head goes all the way past 90 degrees. It is very easy to set up and extend, and it does not take up too much floor space. Of course that is because it is just 5 ft tall. Guess I missed that, but for what I need it'll do just fine. • Outstanding, Inexpensive Tripod
    By Wallaby - November 21, 2012 - B&H Photo Video
Needed a lightweight tripod to use for my ZOOM audio recorder and a compact camcorder. This is perfect. Light, compact, sturdy, and easy to use. Really like the quick release plates - very handy. Found the swivel mechanism easy to use. Like the fact that it can also handle the weight of my Nikon D5100 as well. I generally record while seated in a small concert hall, so the height works very well for my purposes. Can't go wrong with this price and quality! Read full review
  • works fine

this is a perfectly functional and sound tripod. I am used to a tripod that will extend taller so thats my only problem with it. I use it to film ball gamesfootball and basketballso the height is very helpful when the bleachers arent adequate. otherwise its fine. Read full review
