  1. I ordered a Toshiba LED flood light from 1000Bulbs because they had the best price I could find. Shipping was fast and I was very satisfied with the transaction. But that isn't why I came here to write this review. The bulb I purchased has a 5 year warranty but it failed after only 19 months of use. I see that as a negative regarding Toshiba, not 1000Bulbs. So I fired off an email to 1000Bulbs explaining the situation and they responded within 24 hours. To my surprise they did not offer to replace the bulb, they issued me a full refund of the purchase price. Needless to say I was very happy with their customer service and would recommend them to everyone.

The order process was easy and hassle free, and the shipment arrived in short order, well packed, and with no bad bulbs. 1000Bulbs is now my go to source for all my light bulb needs.

  1. I called and spoke with a rep on the phone about some LED fixtures and he explained to me that they were in stock and ship from CA. I ordered them online the next day, which was about a month ago and still haven't received them. I keep getting the run around and they keep pushing the date further and further out. They had told me that would ship on the 7th, called on the 8th as I hadn't got a tracking number, and they told me they were now backordered until the 11th. I asked when they would ship then....the customer service rep responded on the 12th. I said "they ship on saturday's?"....when she responded "ohhh, no then they will ship on the 14th". I'm not hopefully at this point that they will actually ship this time when they say. Just beware of these guys.

  2. I just want to say my experience was completely satisfying. I decided to order some t5ho bulbs even after reading the bad reviews here and elsewhere. I expected the worst and got the best case scenario! I checked my bank, only got charged for what I ordered and shipping. The 8 bulbs all came well packaged, and all worked with no issues. They shipped it extremely fast. Considering I live in Illinois and they are from texas I received my package two days after it was shipped. So for those of you reading the bad reviews and thinking of not buying I encourage you to go ahead and see for yourself. Save yourself some money. And remember most people who are happy dont leave reviews. Its the small percentage that have shipping issues, or accidental packaging problems, that get angry and start posting bad stuff all over the internet.

  3. I have had a significant number of light bulbs purchased from 1000bulbs that did not work or lasted just a week or two, (other lights purchased elsewhere continued to work in the same fixtures). When I called and emailed 100bulbs they said it was past the 30 days warranty or something. i buy light s so i have them when i need them that means I buy about 60+ dollars of lights to save on shipping and then use them in the next year. So 30 days is really unacceptable. the savings i thought i made is a moot point when I have to repurchase light bulbs. I have purchased hundred of dollars from this company and at one time was a please customer, but their quality has gone way down.
