  2. The only disappointment is that while I was shopping your site, there were lots of flags indicating free freight etc. When it came time for checkout, I was a little surprised to see the shipping charges for both items as they could have easily been shipped together at a lower shipping cost.

My original purchase Nikon D750 and Manfrotto bag is not showing up, i have been in Europe for the past few weeks and have only just had a chance to play with both the D750 and see the bag, i want to revisit both for a return as i think i would be better served with another camera please contact me to discuss thanks Craig

  3. My equipment arrived safe and sound despite warehouse workers attempt to play kickball with boxes. The exterior shipping box as completely fine but one of my lens boxes looks like it took a really hard kick. The lens appears to be just fine. Shipping and processing was quick and painless as usual.

  2. So far it is fine. It was to arrive in 2 business days and did not. I do not think it is Adorama's fault. UPS was very busy due to the Christmas rush. I would have liked to have had it arrive by Christmas.

  3. The only negative is that when I placed the order the receipt said it was in stock. When it didn't ship after 2 days, I sent an email to customer service. Turns out it was backordered. It shipped 4 days later. Everything was perfect after that.

  2. Very easy ordering. Received order in a very timely fashion. Not satisfied with the shipping package received. Oversized box and the contents were not securely put in it. Bubble wrap was used, but package was not enclosed in it.

  3. Aside from spending a ton of money, it was rather painless. However, the camera was far beneath the quality I anticipated, so I'll be returning it--- that is hardly Adorama's personal fault. So far, Adorama's performance as a provider of goods has been fine.
