  1. The TV came well packed. Only thing is they should have notified me before shipping to ensure I was home. A $800 TV was sitting on the driveway. Top of the box opened by UPS to stick the shipping form in. Luckily I live in a good neighborhood or the TV would have been stolen!

  3. My orders have been processed and shipped out quickly. Adorama has been great. UPS on the other hand doesn't understand what 3 business day shipping is. Item left on dock 4 days ago 7th business day since my order left Adorama. Another 3 day item is sitting 2 towns over because the haven't unloaded the truck since monday so far 6 business days since shipped.

  1. I received a defective product and, without any hassle at all, I was able to reach Helen and the problem was fixed immediately. She, let me say this again, immediately referred me to Leah, and without even having to do anything I had a replacement in the mail. I only had to send ONE email to Helen, and the problem was fixed by Leah. This was such an amazing experience. Adorama has always done right for me.

  2. The Short: Basically i bought a bundle with a laptop and tablet, they literally came in the same box. I called customer service to purchase the warranty on them and the guy reassured me that the single warranty would cover both items. I called the warranty company a year later (to fix my tablet) and of course it's not. And they charged me the warranty price on the full purchase rather than only the portion which is the laptop. Their excuse was that the tablet was FREE. The Long: I purchased an Asus laptop and Nexus tablet bundle last year for $1,799.99 through the seller on Amazon , the only warranty available was through a 3rd party company, MACK. Both items were suppose to be covered by the warranty because #1 I was charged the warranty price on the full bundle cost. #2 On the Amazon and Adorama site there was NO option to purchase two warranties for each item. #3 I purchased directly through their sales person [name] who reassured that the single warranty would cover both items ...

  3. I really wanted to like Adorama, but I can't recommend them at all. I have had issues with both of my previous orders through Adorama and the attitude of the owner, [name], along with the rest of the customer service staff, has been very impersonal and frustrating. My most recent attempt to do business with them revolved around a large camera bundle purchase, where I dropped more than $1200 in a single order. Two days later, they cancelled my entire order out from under me, saying that one of the items in the bundle was not included and that its inclusion was “typo”, even though it was clearly listed in 3 separate places: the title, the description and under the "what's included" breakdown on the product page. I expressed to the owner, [name], that I was still interested in purchasing the items that SHOULD have been included in the bundle. We had several emails back and forth and I even provided links to competitors’ identical items at HER request, but in the end, she refused to offer ...
