  1. Albee baby was the only store that still carried a specific car seat that we fell in love with. We first saw it online at Babies R Us only to find out its a discontinued item when I called them. Albee baby sold the car seat for much less then then Babies r us were advertising and it came with free shipping. I made my purchase with excitement that I finally found a place that sold it. A few days passed and the UPS tracking number still said the same thing "label has been made" that made me really nervous. I looked up some reviews on Albee baby and found many bad reviews which concerned me even more. So I called UPS and they confirmed to me Albee baby hasn't sent out the package and there is no way that UPS didn't just simply update their information. I called Albee baby ready for a fight when they told me they did send it out and this happens a lot with UPS. They said the package would be here by Friday. I decided to wait and they were right although I got it in Monday due to an issue ...

  2. I placed an order, received a confirmation email informing me my card was charged, however there was no record of my order when logging into my account on the website. I emailed customer service to inquire about why the order wasn't showing up, also why my items had not shipped yet (it was three days later!). I received a reply apologizing for the 'confusion' and was given a link to see my order. The link was no good, it wasn't even to a web page. I emailed again to let them know, and received a snotty reply stating my tracking #s would be sent after my items had shipped. After searching my items on the site, I noted one of them was no longer listed as being 'in stock'. I called and cancelled my order soon after. I then searched Amazon and found the same items, in stock, for the same discount. Amazon I trust! I would definitely not recommend Albee baby.

  3. Bad experience, bad CS with no communication skills, I am not shopping again on that website. I spent 30 minutes on the phone just to check out the status of my order, placed almost a week ago. The long story short: 1. They lie they give you 15% discount, and it only applies on the least expensive item. 2. They lie they sent your order and they did not. 3. They provide you with a tracking number, that has no tracking info, simply because there is no package to be tracked. 4. On the day you are supposed to receive your order, they send you an email to call them and let them know if you still want your order to be shipped, even though they already charged your card. 5. They charge you for stuff they do not have and do not know if they will have in the future. 6. They lie they refunded your money and they do not. They are morons! I'll go spend my money and shop from a trusted retailer, not from that shady website!!
