  2. I loved that Albee Baby offered items that are "factory seconds," which mean that they are a little "off." In my case, the car seat I bought - a Maxi Cosi Pria 70 w/tiny fit - the black was "not so black." Looking forward to seeing exactly what they mean. They offer new products at a discount, which is awesome for new parents.

  1. i ordered a stroller and car seat combo from albeebaby.com, the only complaint was waiting on hold when I called with a question. The product was perfect and the women on the phone was very helpful and the product was received quickly. I would order from them again. I also used a coupon code for my Chicco Bravo travel system and paid under $300.00.

I ordered a car seat two weeks ago for my toddler and have received follow-up emails from Albeebaby stating my product is on backorder, without any indication of the anticipated date of delivery. I have contacted Albee's customer service number three times for more information and have been placed on hold for at least 15 minutes each time, only to be transferred to a voice mail. I discourage anyone from ordering online with this company because it does not value good customer service.
