  1. I bought there Kindle, because it is much more cheaper than on e-shops in my country. I was a little bit worried how long would it take to deliver it, but I was realy suprised how fast I got it. I got it realy fast and I didn't pay nothing extra.

  2. On April 3rd, 2014, Amazon cancelled the option of Free Super Saver Delivery for all international customers. Instead, very high shipping costs are now applied to all orders for most countries. By sending out an email one day after this change to its customers (many of them loyal customers for a long time) and failing to give any explanation or reasonable alternative, Amazon lost the trust of thousands of customers. There would have been many better ways to handle this situation.Alternatives that some of the international customers proposed include:1. Increasing the minimal order amount to qualify for free delivery.2. A fixed delivery fee instead of a weight-based plus fixed fee.3. Offer free delivery to customers who have spent a certain amount in the last twelve months.4.
