  1. The styles a re beautiful the only thing I think could be better is if all discounts should be whether you are in the store or shopping on line. I loved the item I purchased for my daughter special day. However, the webstite said 40% off store orders only. That is simply not fair and should be address for better customer service satisfaction. I had to sign up to receive the promo which ended up being only 25%. and not the 40% as shown.

  1. I recently went into Ann Taylor 5470 Fm 1960 West, Houston, Texas and no one greeted me as I entered the store. My husband sat down while I walked around. After I noticed 2 caucasian women come in, I'm African American, get greeted and offered if they needed assistance and I didn't. I told my husband let's go because I see 3 ladies working in the store apparently was prejudice. Even as I walked out the store they still didn't say a word to me. I see I will not be going in there giving those prejudice folks my money since I'm not good enough. I just can't believe that people in 2014 still act so stupid. Shame of them. I hope all AT don't act this way because I won't be shopping in store only online. I love this store too and this is the first time something like this has happened and I was very disappointed. Thanks.

  2. Horrible shopping experience online! Ordered $600 worth of items consisting of two jackets and two pants with overnight shipping on Monday evening. Apparently a $600 order is considered large and is held for verification-go figure. After contacting Ann Taylor and being treated rudely by a "supervisor" I thought the issue was resolved, well much to my surprise, the order is still being processed on Friday. When I tried to then cancel the order as I need the items Monday morning I was informed that this was not possible as the order is being processed. Jeeze! Should have gone to Brooks Brothers and saved myself a big headache. Thanks for nothing Ann! By the way-I expected your corporate office to follow up and make sure my order at least shipped in a timely manner.

  3. Very bad shopping experience online. They told me the items shipped and then told me one of the item was not available on the third day after shipping day. It is not trustworthy.
