  1. I think the return shipping charge should be free, b/c it's difficult to get the right size online, return is often inevitable. Having to pay for the shipping usually discourages me to purchase online.

  2. Wish more sizes available for my size on Sale coz regular price too high / expensive, for some of us hard working mothers. Items made in Philippines although 1 size bigger seemed to always fit and look fine, well made & great quality. Only buy & wears, A.T. Clothings

  3. I have not purchased Ann Taylor clothing on line for a while. I did get a few items at the outlet store, as they closed down the retail store in Town Square shopping center in Las Vegas. I have always felt Ann Taylor clothing was of high quality. I am afraid that it has become a bit more frumpy than fitted as it once was.

  3. To receive an online order is IMPOSSIBLE!! Customer Service can tell you that a tracking number has been issued but the actual order fall off the earth. NEVER RECEIVED. TRIED TWICE. NEVER AGAIN.
