  3. Great service. Immediately after I placed my order for a DSLR bundle I saw a bundle I would rather have (same camera, but bundled with different accessories). I called customer service. The original order was canceled. I then ordered the preferred bundle. I had it delivered the next business day so I'd have for my son's high school graduation. It was delivered on time and in excellent packaging. I charged the battery and started using it. Great Camera! Great price! Excellent service!

  1. Before I begin my review. I want to say that I am a regular blue-collar guy giving my 100% honest opinion on my experience with Beach Camera. About 3 weeks ago, I purchased a Sony XBR65X900A via their ebay store. I was completely satisfied until a week ago that I noticed that the newer 900B model went on sale. I contacted customer service and 2 reps told me that I needed to pay for return shipping. That shipping fee was too high to make it the swap worthwhile. So I requested to speak to a manager in which Bill proceeded to help me. From start to finish, his service was wonderful. He came up with an option that benefited the customer more than the actual store. From the beginning, he stated that keeping the customer happy and satisfied was his number 1 priority and he kept true to his word. We processed the return and placed the new order. Even told me to give him a call once the new TV arrived and old TV was gone, so that he can process the refund payment. Fast forward to today, I ...

  2. When I was in the US recently I made several orders. One went horribly wrong for the opposite reasons my order with Beach Camera went right. I originally ordered two separate CF cards, and paid for them. When I went back to the site, I realised there was a especial two pack - cheaper. Called Beach Camera, they answered immediately, told me what to do to change the order, went online, did so, got my refund and ordered the two pack. all in 24 hrs. I just wish the other company I reviewed had been as accommodating and professional.
