  2. From time it was sent out to delivery, it took 12.5 hours to deliver. Left for delivery at 8:19 am did not get delivered until 8:49pm. Party receiving upset it was so late.

  3. I ordered strawberries to be delivered to Georgia in July. Some were melted when they were delivered & customer service was wonderful & replaced their order so now you have made a steady client happy & got a new one too...

  3. I have never tried sharis berries, but my best friend loves them so I wanted to send her some. Check out was easy, but the website is very busy looking...at least the mobile one. It was difficult for me to browse the options.

  1. So, what was advertised to be a $20 dollar purchase jumped up with a $15 dollar delivery fee, a $5 tax, and then UPGRADED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION TO A RUSH DELIVERY, adding on an extra $10! This is absolutely unacceptable! I've seen them mail regarding my displeasure about their mistake and I'm never ordering from them again. As someone who carefully watches her money because she doesn't have terribly much to spare, having ten dollars stolen from me by ANYONE, ANY COMPANY is utterly UNACCEPTABLE.

  2. Placed an order on April 29th for Mother's day...to be delivered on May 7. Package never arrived, and when called customer service they said they were out of stock!! Could have sent me an email to let me know...now too late to get something else delivered. They did not seem concerned at all. This is one of the downsides to placing your trust in a company and hoping they will deliver. Their email address is wecare@customercare.berries.com.....Hah!! what a joke. This is twice now they've screwed up my order, but good news is it is the last time because I won't use them again.CLOWNS!!
