  1. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Loose leaf book missing chapters. Contacted seller and they refused to do anything to make it right because I was on day 37 and amazon has a 30 day policy. I understand the policy but when you find chapters missing 2 weeks into your class it is frustrating. Even more frustrating is the seller refusing to do anything to fix it. I was told that I should have leafed through every page of a 700+ page loose leaf book to notice 10 pages missing here and there. Very poor customer service-even up to the head of the customer service department-Thomas! Very disappointed that this company won't do anything to stand behind their product. HORRIBLE!

  2. Ordered a book from them through Biblio.com. The book never arrived and they will not issue a refund. I will not be doing business with them again.
