  1. I’m in Batumi now, in hotel S-bakuri. It is very comfortable and cool hotel. See is near here, I fall in love with this place. I’m here with my wife and she is absolutely satisfied. Unusual place for a pleasant stay! I advise you recommend it. Fantastic sea view!

  1. The layout is familiar and easy to notice everything on the front page, as it is not too cluttered. On the side is the search box typical of travel websites. Once you search with the dates you want a big list of hotels will show, complete with tons of pictures in each listing and reviews from people. The layout when you click on a hotel is great as well, showing rooms available and prices, with no booking fees.

  2. I was very impressed with the service that I got with Booking.com. We were planning a wedding out of the country and we booked up a bunch of hotels. I made an error and accidentally booked 10 rooms at one hotel at a non-refundable rate. I immediately realized my error and called Booking.com (they have a toll-free number that you can call anytime) and they immediately got to work on it. They were able to negotiate with the hotel and I was not charged. This was only the first of many times, I had to turn to them as I had to keep readjusting the reservations and every time, I got very polite, very competent people who took care of everything for me. I was very delighted with Booking.com and its superior service. I will definitely use them again.l

  3. I have used Expedia for numerous trips over the past four years and am very happy with them but I recently booked a very nice motel in Italy that was offered on Booking.com only. I could not believe how incredibly easy it was to create an account and then how quickly I was able to complete the process of booking my room. I only booked a room for three days and have only used the site once but will use it again in the future when looking for airfare, car rentals and rooms. They also have many motels that do not actually charge you for your stay until a few weeks before you arrive so you can plan a trip well in advance without having to pay for it so far in advance.

Copmany?!OK, forgetting that typo, we use booking.com for booking our hotel rooms around the globe.We're not travel agents, but run small photo tours and used to book directly with each hotel for each tour. Some responded promptly, but many would take their time which was a major issue for us!Hence we use booking.com where the reservations are instant, and everything is clear with nothing lacking.A couple of years ago their was a discrepancy with the rate at a hotel in Springdale, Utah, which the hotel didn't do anything to rectify. However, booking.com resolved it and we received our refund.Our business depends on these reservations, so we have to use a service we can trust. I think that says it all.

  2. Absolute disgrace. STAY WELL AWAY. Gave my bank details to a hotel I DID NOT book with and allowed them to charge me 300 for a reservation that was never made. Booking.com refused to correct it, refused to answer emails and accepted no responsibility for their security lapse. Their customer service team are incompetent and beyond arrogant. They have no idea how to deal with the public and will happily allow other institutions to take money from you in their name. At NO POINT as any representative from this company apologised for their misconduct or offered any form of support. They will happily take your booking and money and then treat you like something on the bottom of your shoe. All they had to do was correct their mistake, refund my money (a significant amount to an individual but minimal to a global company) but they told me to sort it out myself with a hotel I have never heard of or had any contact with. To clarify, there was never a booking confirmation sent to me, no email ...

  3. Pretty bad outfit. I just booked though them. Got suspicious when no invoice or credit card charge showed up on my email(supposed to be immediate) . (They used the word "instant" a lot on their web site and an invoice was suppose to show up along with credit card charge right when booked). Called owner (whom it turns out I have known from the past!) and found that the "availability" listed is wrong. I am working with the owner and maybe it will get resolved (Hawaii trip - hope so). But the processes and responsiveness to the notes I have sent Booking.com is graded as "F". As I write this they STILL have bad room inventory on their web site. As one other reviewer wrote, I would stay away from these people. At this point I don't want them to help....they seem to be screw ups. I hope to work this out with the owner of the property and I am a bit worried booking.com will continue to goof this up. Keeping fingers crossed.
