  1. My order was never placed with the manufacturer until after my third status call to the company. The product however was expedited and did arrive within the six week time window. Delivery service was very good and set up the headboard for my wife. I'm not sure if I would buy from them again given that on my second status call I spoke to two representatives and neither one noticed that the order had not even been placed. Further, I asked for an email to show actual status and never received it.

  1. Customer service was great. They worked with us to time our delivery when we were home. They called to recommend that we let them unpack and inspect the item before delivery. They followed up on every contact to ensure customer satisfaction. I have never had this high level of service before. And, best price I could find on the internet for the furniture we wanted.

  2. Everything was great about the daybed we ordered until we took out the directions on how to put it together. As my husband and I read through the instructions on how to put it together we noticed that the instructions were for a twin size bed and not for a daybed. We had to figured it out on our own, good thing we are smart people!! Other that that big mishap on your part, everything else was fine.

  3. I was very nervous about purchasing furniture online but I decide to give it a try. Overall it went pretty well. We had a miscommunication about the white glove service, BUT, Caolina Rustica made it right. The one thing I wish would have happened is keeping me in the loop on production time to delivery. That was a minor issue though. I would definitely order from the company again if the need arises.

  1. What a great company! I have ordered several times and they do an excellent job. Delivery was on time and professional. I had one customer service issue and Megan did an excellent job of getting it resolved. They did an excellent job with service and the product quality was excellent.

I purchased a vanity light (I chose them over a big box company because I'd rather support a smaller business and I like North Carolina - ugh! no accountability in smaller businesses and they can be totally dishonest!). They notified me within minutes that they had to cancel the order as they were unable to fulfill the order. Then they did NOT refund my payment. I had to call them, argue with them, again and again (one time being placed on hold by 'Shea' for over 20 minutes!) with them yelling at me at some point that they would get to it. I only received a refund after initiating a PayPal DISPUTE 8 hours later!Seriously NOT a reputable company.
