  1. I have not put the wardrobe I purchased together yet but I have taken all the pieces out of the box. As stated by someone else, the box itself weighs over 100 pounds so I wasn't able to carry it inside by myself. The color of the wood is beautiful and the pieces are thick and sturdy. A couple of the corners are slightly damaged, even tho the package was extremely well wrapped and protected. I think this piece is going to work perfectly for my daughter and am looking forward to seeing the finished product!

  1. The end table I ordered is NOT as described or depicted in website. Beware of their Coaster brand products if you cannot get a close up photo. My end table had paint flaking off of the fake wood legs, chips in the paint, uneven surfaces, bubbles in the "wood" top surface which looked more like fake elephant skin, and the legs did not join squarely with the body of the table resulting in wobbling. The legs could not be screwed in properly as the fake wood creaked upon tightening the bolts at all. I expected some veneer product, but not done very poorly. I called and explained the above and sent detailed photos and was told I could pay return shipping on the 76 pound product and they would send a replacement. A refund was refused and they reported that they needed to call the manufacturer, Coaster, whom I called. Coaster informed that this matter was in the hands of Cymax. I am still struggling to return the horrible unsteady, bubbly product. Do not buy from Cymax or Coaster "Fine" ...

  2. I ordered a dresser and bed 8 weeks ago. The dresser seems to be lost and although my bed is at Home Direct ready for delivery, Cymax has taken 10 days to finally allow delivery of the bed. I had to make 5 phone calls to get this to happen. I have ordered many pieces of furniture from Amazon and will NEVER use Cymax again and will think twice about using Amazon to get furniture. AWFUL experience!!!

  3. Ordered my items online quite easily and within a few days was notified my items had shipped. That was a lie. They had not shipped, FedEx was just notified of a shipment but did not receive a pickup order and the items weren't dropped off to them. I spoke to FedEx directly to get this information. I was suppose to receive my order today. That's not happening! Called their customer service and voiced my frustration and basically got an, "I'm sorry about your luck. It will ship out today or tomorrow and be to you soon." Even though I told them I would never do business with them again and would give a poor review they still made no effort to make things right. So much for "valuing" me as a customer! I purchased from this company because of the high reviews and good prices with free shipping. Guess there's always an exception because my experience SUCKED!!!!
