Do not deal with this company Its a scam , Before you place a order see if you can reach them by phone or email , You cant !!! took my money and never got my pump for a job I needed it for , Funny when you get your charge on the card it turns out to be a ham radio place in Mass and they also dont pick up the phone , Do Not waste your money for a scam low price !!!@!!!!!!! 10 day from Mass to NY ??? UPS shipping is a day and still no responce , I had to call credit card co to get my money back

Ordered some compact fluorescents from Jeff's other site VividMarine, item never shipped and no response from the company about if they ever will.After doing some research also realized this guy owns Direct Aquarium which has terrible reviews from the BBB. I guess I should have done my research first but I will get my money back one way or the other.Got to say I had a great experience with Coral Reef Supply and his prices are much better.

  3. We placed our first order #14495 on 11/22/2013 via DirectAquarium.com. A few weeks passed with no change to the order status, so we emailed them. Finally, on 12/5/2013, the order was marked as shipped. On 12/16/2013, we receive a response from Jeff Demers, info@directaquarium.com claiming:It looks like the item was returned to us unaccepted? We have refunded the order as of right now. If you still need the item - please reorder on the site and notate that you will waive the delivery signature. Sorry for the hassle. I am sure you are rightly anxious to get these items.This is rather odd, considering we receive deliveries daily, from UPS, FedEx, and/or USPS. All of our carriers have our signature on file to leave packages in our specified secured location should no one be present to sign. In any case, they would have left a door tag. DirectAquarium.com issued a refund.We placed a second order #14552 on 12/18/2013. A couple weeks had passed, and on 1/7/2014, we sent an email ...
