  1. For me, convenience, courtesy, and helpfulness are the most important qualities I can search out in a home entertainment provider and Direct Star has it all.   3. The person I spoke with name was Roger and he did any and everything to get me a good deal, great products, and the best price. I can't wait to get my cable on Wednesday me and my whole family is excided to get new cable!!

  1. The first year of service was billed at $65.64. Since then, my bill for month 13 went up to 129.89 and continues to rise every month. I reduced my package, yet I am paying on hell of alot more. Customer Service reps are friendly, but haven't the knowledge nor authority to do a damn thing about my issues. DO NOT CHOOSE DIRECT TV, YOU WILL DEFINATELY BE SORRY!!!!!
