  1. Your front line Customer Service. Were not flexible. I told them that I had ordered one item early in the day and I decided to order two more items. Your service indicated it was combining the two orders into one. I then noticed I had confirmation of both the original order plus the combine order. I called CS and they told me nothing could be done. I insisted on talking to a supervisor. They told me they would have UPS redirect the package and eliminate the charge. Unfortunately, instead of sending the package to my office it sent it to my home. (It is a gift to my son) I think your CS programming needs some work and some of your first tier CS personnel need better training.

  3. I like Eastbays collection of basketball jerseys. Had a wide variety to pick from. This was the first time i used my Veterans Advantage card, it was quick and easy to use and most of all succesful. I plan to use this again in the future.

  1. Ordered youth Adidas soccer cleats, Adidas shinguards, and adult Nike Jordan basketball shoes on Tuesday afternoon. Order arrived Monday morning, 3 business days later, less than their 4-5 business day estimate. Paid $10 to join Silver Club (free shipping) because the shipping charge would have been more, and I was already using a discount code so could not stack a free shipping code. All items arrived in new condition, correct sizes. A sample of Gold Bold moisturizing cream was included in the box. I had occasion to call customer service before I ordered to see if a particular sneaker style was available, and I emailed customer service regarding a Silver Club question, and both inquiries received prompt and appropriate responses.I was kept apprised of the order status with timely emails, including a link to the UPS tracking page.I ordered from Eastbay because (with the 20% discount code) they had the cheapest price on these items (e.g. $8 for shinguards vs. $20 at sports authority). ...

  2. I found shoes that I really wanted, and Eastbay was the only website that had them for sale in the style/color I wanted. (They were the Adidas AR-D1 Derrick Rose edition in all black with red soles, if you are interested). I had never ordered from Eastbay before, so I checked ResellerRatings and was very hesitant after the numerous bad reviews they have received. I decided to take a gamble--the shoes were THAT fresh! 5 business days later (I opted for standard shipping, which was FREE for this item) they have arrived and I couldn't be happier. The shoebox came in one of those shipping bags, and the box looked a little worn but the shoes themself were in pristine condition. I am very happy I gave Eastbay a chance!

  3. Ordered on a Monday afternoon 3 pm eastern time, paid for the 3-4 day shipping. My package was not shipped until Wednesday morning and will not be arriving until Monday of next week. Also sent UPS Ground! Isn't UPS ground not the cheapest rate to begin with?! Why did I pay 5 dollars extra to receive the package within 3-4 days, but get the package 5 business days after I placed the order and 8 calendar days from the day of the order. To me this is unacceptable, as the supposed "standard" shipping would have had my package arrive on Monday or Tuesday anyway. I placed an order the same day with sportsunlimited at 3pm eastern time and it was shipped same day!! Arrived in priority mail two days later for a third the cost of eastbays shipping rate. Very disappointed and will not be shopping eastbay ever again, with their deceptive shipping practices and slow processing time. It's clear that the "3-4" day shipping is no different than the "5-6" day standard rate. Their outrageous shipping ...

  1. I've placed 2 orders on eastbay.com, did not have any problems. One thing to keep in mind for International (non US) customers is you will have to pay TAX for your order which usually isn't cheap.

  2. I've been getting their catalogs for as long as I can remember and I've bought sneakers several times. Prices are usually good and they have good sales. Shipping time is hit or miss, but all-in-all I'm happy and will continue to buy from them.

  3. I received a call from an unknown number asking for personal info to confirm the purchase. I said I didn't feel comfortable and would have to call customer service. So I did. Customer service said I canceled the order ( I DID NOT) and they sent me an email claiming that ( which I never received) and when I told them neither happened. She laughed at me and told me I was wrong and then just silence for 5 minutes until I repeated that I was not. So she told me I could re order but they would have to charge me again. But the first charge is still pending on my account! ! So suspicious and rude of behavior. Not to be trusted!
