Had the most horrible experience with returns.It takes over 6 weeks for returns to be processed.I got a confirmation that they received it from USPS but they don't want to process it until 6 weeks. I don't recommend purchasing anything on this site unless you know your size and are sure enough that you don't want to deal with the returns.

  2. Ordered on a Monday afternoon 3 pm eastern time, paid for the 3-4 day shipping. My package was not shipped until Wednesday morning and will not be arriving until Monday of next week. Also sent UPS Ground! Isn't UPS ground not the cheapest rate to begin with?! Why did I pay 5 dollars extra to receive the package within 3-4 days, but get the package 5 business days after I placed the order and 8 calendar days from the day of the order. To me this is unacceptable, as the supposed "standard" shipping would have had my package arrive on Monday or Tuesday anyway. I placed an order the same day with sportsunlimited at 3pm eastern time and it was shipped same day!! Arrived in priority mail two days later for a third the cost of eastbays shipping rate. Very disappointed and will not be shopping eastbay ever again, with their deceptive shipping practices and slow processing time. It's clear that the "3-4" day shipping is no different than the "5-6" day standard rate. Their outrageous shipping ...

  3. EASTBAY has the worst customer service and policies! I had a live chat to tell them that my package was lost in transit and the fellow simply told me that it was signed for hence it is none of their business. Before I could type my response, the customer service just disconnected the live chat. SO FAR, THIS IS THE SHITTIEST COMPANY I HAVE SHOPPED WITH.

  1. At June 14th, I ordered two pair of shoes. And since I live in Denmark, it said that it'd take about 30 days for my package to arrive. I then contacted the company, because I wanted to know if they could make sure that I'd get the package before July 11th, and not even 24 hours after I sent that mail, I had a response from them. Unfortunately they couldn't do that, but that was okay. Anyway, at June 17th I got an mail, telling me that my package was now shipped. At June 23rd I contacted the company, since I haven't got my tracking number, and a couple of hours later, I got an mail including my tracking number included the webpage where I could track my package (even though I knew that already). I had a couple of problems with my package though. By some funny reason, my package ended up at the Swedish post office, but that wouldn't be the company's fault. But today, June 27th, only 10 days after it was shipped, I recieved my package. I had to pay around $73 for import fees/taxes/VAT, ...

  2. I've placed 2 orders on eastbay.com, did not have any problems. One thing to keep in mind for International (non US) customers is you will have to pay TAX for your order which usually isn't cheap.

  3. I've been getting their catalogs for as long as I can remember and I've bought sneakers several times. Prices are usually good and they have good sales. Shipping time is hit or miss, but all-in-all I'm happy and will continue to buy from them.
