  1. Only the 2nd or 3rd time I've used eBags but I recommend to colleagues all the time. Now if you could only do pelican style rolling bags with cushioning for alcohol bottles (and could put our company name on them). I own a whiskey company and we'd buy them.

  2. The eBags staff are very helpful with orders and returns. I have ordered multiple anti-theft bags trying to identify the one that fits best for me, so have returned several bags and ordered additional items. All has gone smoothly and they have provided excellent help.

  1. Crooked I purchased an item at and found the same item at another store for less. I contacted eBags and submitted my claim for a price match per their rules for their lowest price guarantee on their website. I was informed that eBags would contact me after speaking with management. eBags never responded. I followed up with them and was told that management will not honor the price match guarantee. No matter what I asked them I received the same robotic response. I went to their website to quote their lowest price guarantee and found to my surprise that they had removed it. are crooks! Buyer beware!

  2. This is an update to my review from 2/16 when I was excited to get the a Ed Heck rolling backpack from ebags. We didn't really use it til March and within that time, the seams started pulling apart on top of the bag, not any area where it was being pulled at. I reached out to ebags but their policy is that after 1 month, they can't refund but directed me to the email of the manufacturer who has yet to reply to my email. I'm not even looking for my money back but at least some fix or anything. Since a few days ago of contacting ebags, other seams on the backpack has started coming apart. I will not be purchasing any more bags form this manufacturer. It looks sturdy, felt sturdy, is real cute but probably won't last much longer. Buyer beware.
