  1. Had a reserved seat according to my preference, and even the corresponding boarding pass as I checked in online. At the gate they told me that my seat "had to be changed", printed a new boarding pass and put me in the middle of a 3-row for a 7-hour flight. Until this point it is not a huge problem. However, I filed a complaint on their website, got the email confirmation that they will reply as soon as possible - and 21 days later they still didn't do that. I believe major transport providers should be routinely tested for customer support quality, and if they simply ignore a complaint they should be fined. UPDATE: After 32 days, they replied. They wrote me a generic description that "window/aisle preferences made at booking are not always guaranteed, and may be altered at check-in" - completely ignoring the fact that I have already checked in and had my printed boarding pass in my hand.   2. Shortly before I was due to fly to Melbourne with Emirates last December, I suffered a severe attack of sciatica, which necessitated my being wheelchaired on to the plane. We had paid an extra A$180 for me to have a bulkhead seat, so that I could get up and move around whenever necessary, but I noticed that the boarding pass was for a seat different from that booked. I pointed it out to the ground staff, who assured me it “was a better seat”. It wasn’t. It was an ordinary aisle seat. What made things worse was the passenger in front of me on the last leg of the journey from Dubai to Melbourne. He reclined his seat virtually into my lap, making it impossible for me to leave my seat. I asked the Qantas stewardess (it was a Qantas/Emirates collaboration) to request him to adjust his seat, but her reply was: “The poor lamb’s been asleep since Dubai and I’m not going to wake him”!! I therefore had to hoist my sciatic leg over the arm of the seat and clamber out, by which time I was feeling ...

  3. Since my first intercontinental flight, I have been using only emirates. Sometimes passengers face problems with broken or inadequate earphones.

  2. Site de réservation pour billet d'avion Emirates, disponibilité et meilleur tarif garantie le plus bas. Cependant le personnel au sol n'est pas toujours agréable sur Dubai. Déjà plusieurs soucis de Check in au niveau de mon retour.

  1. I recently flew from Bombay to Dubai and from Dubai to Chicago by Emirates. Emirates has all the features of a world class Airline. Service is truly enchanting and mind blowing. The Airbus 380 ride from Bombay to Dubai was amazing and memorable. Very few airlines have this airbus. We were always served with delicious variety of food from continental to Italian. All sort of fruit juices and complimentary wine was also served. Leg space room was more than the other airlines. The cabin crew were very quick and spontaneous and very helpful all throughout the journey. A 15 hour long flight did not seem like a long flight with Emirates. A whole variety of recent movie and songs collections was made available to us along with sitcoms. Having food and watching all the movies was simply memorable experience. I thoroughly enjoyed flying with Emirates and this was my first time. What I had heard from my friends about Emirates class was indeed true. I would definitely recommend Emirates to ...

  2. I have had a chance to use Emirate airlines, and it was one of the most great experiences i have had. What you pay to use it, be sure will be getting bettet value. Great services and hosbitality. I recomment every one to have this uportunity and they will not be regretful.
