  3. I accidentally ordered 2 of one product and wanted 1 of one and 1 of another. I fired off an email, minutes after ordering (ON A WKEND) and I was answered right away with a confirmation that 1) they had rec'd my communication, 2) understood my issue, and 3) had corrected my shipment for me. I am thrilled with the service I received at, I have recommended them on my Facebook page, have tried their samples...loved my order & my samples (which I rec'd within days) and have now set up an account to use exclusively for all of my hair & body care needs. I absolutely LOVE this site. It's user friendly, customer service satisfaction oriented and 5 Stars is not enough in my opinion!! LOVE EM! Karen Riner, Texas Customer

  3. This is the best blow dryer I've ever used! It is absolutely worth the investment. For months I've used my mom's blow dryer and finally will have my own to use every day. I have very long wavy hair and it takes 1 hour+ to dry it with a conventional dryer. With this Sedu 4000i, it takes 20-25 minutes and my hair is less frizzy! I don't even need to straighten it after. I highly recommend this product and love purchasing from Caitlin :)

They may be good for small order but make sure you don’t order too much or request two day shipping first time around. I needed a new high-end blow dryer, flat iron, and other accessories. I am an avid online shopper and look for companies with good customer service policies. After searching around I found on Delta’s Skyshop website, and decided to try it out. I spent quite awhile looking around for just the right items and selected a new blow dryer, flat iron, and other items. I selected two day shipping because I was excited to get the items and placed the order. That happy feeling of shopping success quickly ended because minutes later I get a terse email from saying “Your Order is On Hold” pending investigation and that I must call or it will be cancelled. I call to provide my name, address, and credit card number ...
