  1. Great prices! I'm frustrated by the shipping options. We can't get a price for installation of our new appliances. Also frustrated with the amount of effort it takes to pay be credit card on-line.

  3. I did not purchase from Sears because they could not answer my questions about the products. Nathan at Goedeckers didn't know the answer either but he called fridgedaire and got the answers to my questions.

  1. One of the best online experiences I have ever had. The process was very smooth. Any questions I had were immediately addressed by their sales and support staff. The price was the best price anywhere. The double-ovens arrived as scheduled in perfect condition. I will always buy my appliances from Goedeker's. Why would I want to pay more for something less?!

  2. Customer service grows increasingly impersonal. Automated phone assistance and form email letters are standard practice for most companies. But there is one company for whom the personal touch is an integral element of their business€ Goedeker€s of St. Louis, Missouri. I know of no company whose customer service surpasses Goedeker€s. Have you ever received a hand written note AND a phone call AND an email thanking you for your purchase? AND encouraging you to call if you have any questions? AND friendly, knowledgeable and helpful individuals when you do call? I am so thankful my contractor recommended Goedeker€s. Besides superb customer service, the selection and pricing is incredible! Needless to say I am a Goedeker€s fan and loyal customer! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I salute you Goedeker€s! This experience renewed my faith that there are businesses for whom the customer, not profit is the bottom line.

  3. Goedeker's is a very professional company and we found their service outstanding. I ordered a KitchenAid Convection Double Oven the first weekend in December, 2013 and needed it to cook Christmas dinner. I was impressed they advertised 15 day delivery which put it in my kitchen the weekend before Christmas. A bad storm hit the Mid-West that week which I thought would mess up the product's delivery.That did not happen, however, I had received notice from the shipping company it was delivered a week before the holiday. So I called that company and found out it was scheduled to come in January. I called Goedeker's and told them it was unacceptable and I was going to cancel the white glove delivery and pick up the ovens myself. My husband and I did just that and Goedeker's walked us thru the white glove inspection at the shipping company.It was then that I discovered that installation was scheduled for mid-January.So I spoke with Goedeker's and they had workers put it in that day! Yeah!

  1. The absolute biggest waste of my time! I ordered a dishwasher and range on September 16, 2014. Immediately got a notification that the range was on backorder until September 23rd. No big deal, although I wish they would have told me it wasn't in stock when I ordered it. Sept 25th I called and was told it was in route to them. Sept 26th I got a notification that it was on Backorder until the Oct 1st. I called to inquire how I could be told it was in route if it was still backordered. Of course, they had no answer for that. October 4th I called to inquire as to whether or not it had arrived. It had not. October 7th I got a notification that it was on backorder until Oct 16th. Somewhere in there I called because the range had actually gone down in price and I wanted the difference credited to me. After a rather snippy conversation I was issued the credit on Oct 11th. On Oct 20th I received notification that it was on backorder until the 27th. I had had enough and I asked them to at least ...

  2. Absolutely wonderful service, and the lowest prices anywhere! We ordered a GE wall oven from Goedeker's. The oven arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner, and the delivery people were excellent as well! The oven itself is fantastic. Can't recommend them enough!
