  1. The one thing I really do not like is the shipping costs. My catalog had a flat rate shipping source code, but when I tried to insert it the rare came up 22.95, so that could not be the flat rate for 3 items.

  1. I spent quite a bit of time looking online for a beach chair like the ones I've seen here in italy. Finally I found the one I wanted on the Hammacher Schlemmer website. I was able to order it online in less than a minute. I didn't have to go through the trouble of setting up an account or password. Easy and straight-forward. And when I get back from my vacation, I'll have a canopied lounge chair waiting for me.

  2. The ordering experience was very good. If the fan is as good, I will be very happy. Well the fan is here and it's better than I hoped. Quiet but strong air flow Remote is great. Its right behind our bed, and we don't even think about it other than the comfort.

  2. I read the review about the order being cancelled. OMG!! Quite a coincidence to my story. I asked Them when I would receive the item I had ordered. Their answer: You will not be receiving this item since you cancelled the order. I didn't cancel. I asked them to produce proof, they couldn't of course.They refused to reinstate the order and so I said I would do everything I could to tell people about the poor service this company offers.

  3. These bast@rds sell inferior products! DO NOT buy anything from them! Ordered 8 (2 sets of 4) chairs, Item #84742. One was shipped broken and will cost $90 to return it. They will not reimburse original S&H, as well as add a $10.95 charge for returning. Customer service rep was rude. When told about making a poor review stated so what, weve been in business for over 160 years. THEY ARE ARROGANT F@CKS! We shall never do business with these morons again.
