  2. I usually don't do reviews however people need to be aware of this company. I ordered a convertible bra got it last night put it on this morning and within 1 hour the clip for the clear straps broke. I called the company and was told to send a picture and they would forward to higher management to determine if it was defective. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

  3. I do not recommend the company as they have terrible customer service. I ordered a top but never received it and they will not refund my money, nor replace the top. Unlike most reputable companies, they say I am responsible for the insurance on the shipping to me. Most companies you are only responsible for the insurance on a return. EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I really wish I had seen your website before I ordered, as I would not have placed an order! :(

  1. I made the mistake of ordering $200 worth of products from HerRoom. A couple of items were backordered so I received a partial shipment. The backorder persisted for over a month and I reviewed their web page and saw that the one item left on backorder was available but in a larger size. On top of that THE ITEM PRICE WAS REDUCED $4.05 (MARKED AS A SALE ITEM). I offered this up as a solution to the never-ending back order and they shipped my item AT FULL PRICE!!! I made NUMEROUS attempts to shame them into refunding the $4.05 (it was a matter of principle)and each time they refused. The LAST response was:"...The reason why the regular price was charged is because the sale item was not purchased. This Felina 694P is no longer on our website..."Um... BECAUSE I BOUGHT THE LAST ONE - THAT IS WHY IT WAS ON SALE - TO MOVE THE PRODUCT - DUHHHHHHHH!!!All this over a mere $4.05.... God help you girls if you are due a larger amount!With all the competitors, why take a chance and shop here?

  2. I ordered one bra and panty on 5/24. Then I ordered the same bra and panty on 6/3 in a different size, same style, same price. I then returned with all labels and panty liner to HerRoom. I received a refund for the panty but not the bra. I had an on-line chat. It was hard to understand what they would do except contact the warehouse to locate the bra. I then called and spoke to Karen. She said she would contact the warehouse and get back to me. Never heart a word. Called again. Vanessa told me it takes 3 dyas for feedback from warehouse. I waited and called 3 days later. The woman I got on the phone was completely unaware of my previous calls. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager. I asked to speak to the warehouse manager. He was unavailable. I asked to speak to the owner. "She doesn't speak to people." Again, they said they would check with the warehouse and weigh the package to see if I was telling the truth. That's when I wrote a letter to ...

  3. AWFUL!!!! Stay Away... I purchased 2 corset bras from this site for my wedding dress. I ordered 2 different sizes because I wanted to make sure I got the correct fit. When they arrived I opened the bagFor the biggest one and it was to small. The fit was way off. I used the sizing chart provided when I ordered but it was incorrect. Which is frustrating because I needed it for a dress fitting that week, which is why I ordered 2 sizes and paid 20.00 for overnight which by the way took 3 days. I put the bras back in the box, one unopened, one tried on but unworn. I paid 15.00 to return them and waited for a response. When they did responded, 2 weeks later, the email stated that there was a "make up like stain" on the bras so a refund would not be made, instead they would send the ill fitting bra back, or donate it. I called and spoke with a representative who said the same thing. No exchanges offered because I "damaged them". I was not even wearing make up. One was not even opened. So I ...
