  3. Before visiting James Allen, I knew very little about diamonds. However, after speaking with a representative and using their website, I quickly got up to speed and was confident in my decision making and eventual purchase. Very good experience - No need to spend time running around to brick and mortar jewelry stores. Done!

  1. James Allen is the best place to purchase your engagement ring. I spend 15 years of my life in the jewelry business in purchasing precious metals and stones, and I can tell you that you will not find a better deal on a quality diamond anywhere else. I have a charge card with a large commercial jewelry retailer, but for the same quality, cut, carat and color, I would have paid $1100.00 more!

  2. James Allen was great! The ring was even better than I imagined and she loved it (and said YES!) The price was reasonable, and the customer service rep, Angelia, was great! She gave excellent advice and helped me make my own choice without the pressure of a normal store. I would recommend this site to anyone shopping for a ring!

  3. My fiancé loved the ring! In the end that's all that matters, right? Well, getting to that point was tough but James Allen made the process a lot easier. The 360 HD preview of the stone added piece of mind. The ring was shipped early and customer service was friendly and quick to respond to my requests. I accidentally goofed the delivery address (which caused a shipping delay) and James Allen's team was able to fix things with Fedex quickly. The box the ring came packaged in was very nice! I had the GIA number verified at a local jeweler, just for my own piece of mind. The jeweler spoke highly of the rings construction and quality. Thanks James Allen!
