  2. What a wonderful company. First I brought the Kinnect game, Adventures, for $2, free shipping! It game within days, in excellent condition. Then, I ordered an Xbox 360 with Kinnect for $140, with a $15 credit from my game order- how nice! It also game quickly, missing the power supply. I emailed, received an apology within less than 2 hours, and a notice that the power supply was on the way. Wow!

  3. Ordered a 360 game and it cane deeply scratched. So scratched the xbox wontweven recognize it. Wonder why they sell things that they don't even check? Returning it and will update with return experience later.

  1. My daughter bought a game for her Xbox 360 and it came but had some very deep scratches on it. The scratches were so deep the games wouldn't work, or even be recognized by our 360. Very disappointed. We are mailing it back so we shall see how the refund process goes. Will update later.

  2. They offered to purchase our 10 year old XBox Original along with a couple of controllers and some games for almost $100. Two weeks later they said it was "not as described" and had PayPal give them a refund at my expense. They sent an XBox back to me with a different serial number on the back than the one I sent them. A bunch of thieving scam artists.

I ordered one NES game and two SNES games from them and while they actually list "rental stickers on game" and "stickers on game" as condition notes about the games on their website THEY THEMSELVES actually go and PUT huge (and multiple) STICKERS ON THE GAMES! All three of my games are covered in their large "inventory" stickers. And these stickers are, contrary to what (name) told me in response, in his very rude and smug response, NOT EASY TO REMOVE! That's right- I responded to an automated request for feedback on my recent order and told them about the stickers and one of the games rattling- and (name) replied with an incredibly smug attitude telling me that "We put our stocking ID stickers on all of our items, it is how we keep track of inventory. That sticker is not part of the condition rating." and asking me if I wanted to return the rattling game. Not if I wanted another copy or to have that copy fixed free of charge no- just if I wanted to return it. I had already mentioned ...
